This includes spouses and (unmarried) partners. Under EU Law, family members of EU / EEA and Swiss nationals living in the Netherlands can join them there, even if they do not have European citizenship. However, if they stay more than four months in the Netherlands then they need to register at their local municipality ( gemeente).
